Shamanic Breathwork
Friday February 7th | 7pm - 9pm
with Rebecca | Divine Roots
Like Shamans use plant medicine, we use the breath to process, let go, release, and heal.
Breath work is an active meditation where we use the breath to reconnect to our physical body and consciousness. When we breathe in ceremony we allow ourselves to process through old wounds, to receive spirit through inspiration, and to release blockages and barriers that may be holding us back. Ceremonies are held in the spirit of Shamanism.
You will be coached with a technique called Conscious Connected Breath and will be guided with inquiry and curated music. No previous experience is necessary.
