Restorative Yoga & Hot Stones
FRIDAY NOV. 28 | 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
with Antoniette Finelli
This restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga that helps calm the nervous system & still the body. Postures are done on the floor with the support of bolsters, blankets and blocks. This class is focused on releasing body stress, muscle tension and quieting of the mind. This form of yoga is deeply effective in calming the nervous system.

It’s a little bit closer to a meditation practice than a movement practice. Restorative yoga is about, “How can I let my body and mind unwind?
