Ascend Strength Building Series

ASCEND LEVEL 3*POWER*MORNING Mon & Wed & Fri

6:45 - 7:30 am 

3 classes per week for three weeks, each 45 minutes: Mondays focus on upper body, Wednesdays on total body core, and Fridays continue the progression. This program is designed to increase training volume, shape lean and toned muscle, and improve endurance and technique—so you start feeling and seeing real results. Expect high-intensity strength work, advanced supersets and progressions, and peak-level conditioning to help you connect to your strongest self.

Yoga Nidra with Shanel Scott

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as 'the sleepless sleep', is a guided meditation practice that leads to deep states of relaxation as you journey through the subconscious mind. This guided practice will take place in a regular temperature room & is an incredible way to prepare for the week ahead.

Join Shanel for an evening of connection to spirit where she channels the words of your friends and family in a gallery style or group reading. Shamanic Breathwork with Rebecca L.

Breath work is an active meditation where we use the breath to reconnect to our physical body and consciousness. When we breathe in ceremony we allow ourselves to process through old wounds, to receive spirit through inspiration, and to release blockages and barriers that may be holding us back.
