Restorative Yoga + Hot Stones w/ Ant
Sunday January 4th
2pm - 4pm | $45
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to calm the nervous system and settle the body. All postures are done on the floor and fully supported with props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This class focuses on releasing physical stress, softening muscle tension, and quieting the mind. Because the poses are held for longer periods, this form of yoga is especially effective in soothing the nervous system.
