Breath work is an active meditation where we use the breath to reconnect to our physical body and consciousness.
When we breathe in ceremony we allow ourselves to process through old wounds, to receive spirit through inspiration, and to release blockages and barriers that may be holding us back. Ceremonies are held in the spirit of Shamanism.
You will be coached with a technique called Conscious Connected Breath and will be guided with inquiry and curated music. No previous experience is necessary.

Viking Yoga is a powerful fusion of yoga, mobility training, breathwork, and steel mace movement using a 5 lb mace provided during class. This practice is designed to build functional strength, improve mobility, increase balance and coordination, and sharpen mental focus through intentional movement and breath.
Classes combine flowing yoga sequences with steel mace training to challenge the body in new ways while helping release tension, improve posture, and build resilience from the inside out. Expect a grounded, focused atmosphere built around movement, breath, and connection.

In this supportive and judgment-free environment, we’ll guide you through fun and functional workouts that target strength, endurance, and mobility - perfect for navigating the demands of motherhood. With modifications provided, this series is ideal for all fitness levels, whether you’re returning to exercise postpartum or looking to add something new to your routine.
Lots of Free Parking & easy access into the studio. Mom Fit is an energizing Fitness class with some light weights and body weigh used as well as amazing Core work. All fitness levels are welcome as well as all babies..up to about 8 -9 months old.
